Installation and Maintenance Guide for AstralPool 04110
- Pool Edge Mounting: Drill a Ø 28 mm hole into the spa wall or deck surface. Secure the valve body using the threaded locknut and adjust the height (Hmin 45 to Hmax 51) so the faceplate is flush with the tiles.
- Air Control Usage: The knurled top cap acts as an air intake regulator. Rotating the cap opens or closes the air venturi line, directly influencing the intensity and softness of the spa jet bubbles.
- Anti-backflow Precaution: Ensure the air venturi pipe loop is installed higher than the pool's maximum water level (Hartford Loop) to prevent water from flowing backward into the air intake valve.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean the white ABS faceplate with a soft sponge and mild soapy water. Avoid highly concentrated acidic cleaners or abrasive tools to preserve the pristine white finish.
